• All original artwork orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days. Orders are carefully packed and shipped in the order they are received.

• Art print orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each print is packaged in a clear protective sleeve with backing board, then sent in a rigid flat mailer to help keep it safe in transit. If your order includes multiple prints, it may be shipped in a box for extra protection.

• Original framed artworks are carefully packaged in a clear protective sleeve, wrapped in glassine paper, and finished with decorative packaging. Depending on the size of the artwork, it will be shipped in either a rigid flat mailer or a protective box.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details where available.

Please note: The Little Art Collectors Mail Club is sent as standard letter mail and does not include tracking.
