when will i get my letter?

The Little Art Collectors letters are sent out on the 15th of every month.
Australian members will typically receive their letter within 3–10 business days of sending.
If you sign up before the 15th, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will be sent the following month.
Part of the charm of snail mail is the slow pace and little bit of anticipation — but if your letter hasn’t arrived by the end of the month within Australia, or after 6 weeks internationally, please get in touch.
what if i need to cancel or change my address/billing info?

No worries at all. Just email me at hello@emilyelizabeth.com.au and I can help cancel your subscription, update your address, or change your billing details.
Please make sure to email me before the 15th of the month so I have time to make any changes before that month’s letter is sent.
what happens if i don’t receive my letter?

Sometimes snail mail takes its sweet time, and occasionally letters can be delayed or lost along the way.
If your Little Art Collectors letter doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, email me at hello@emilyelizabeth.com.au.
I’m always happy to either send a replacement or refund you for that month. Before reaching out, please double check your receipt to make sure your postal address is correct.
