FAQs
The Little Art Collectors sign up period ends on the 20th of each month. If you sign up on the 21st, you will receive the next printing.Australian members will typically receive their letter within 3–10 business days of sending. If you sign up before the 15th, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will be sent the following month.Part of the charm of snail mail is the slow pace and little bit of anticipation — but if your letter hasn’t arrived by the end of the month, please get in touch.1

You will be billed monthly on the date you originally purchased.

When will i be billed?
what if i need to cancel or change my address/billing info?
No problemo! Just email me at hello@emilyelizabeth.com.au and I can help cancel your subscription, update your address, or change your billing details.Please make sure to email me before the 20th of the month so I have time to make any changes before that month’s letter is sent.To keep the subscription affordable and snail mail club alive, your shipment is sent with stamps, so tracking information is not included.

Sometimes snail mail takes its sweet time, and occasionally letters can be delayed or lost along the way.If your Little Art Collector mail doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, email me at hello@emilyelizabeth.com.au.I’m always happy to either send a replacement or refund you for that month. Before reaching out, please double check your receipt to make sure your postal address is correct.
